I don’t see any gas readings. What can I do?

Note: Gas is not visible in the now-view of the app. Don’t see any gas readings at all? These may be the causes:

Your gas meter has not yet sent data to the smart meter.

Older smart meters send the gas meter reading once every hour. That’s why it can take up to 2 hours before you see the first graphs.

Your gas meter is not connected to the smart meter.

The gas meter may not be properly connected to the smart meter. Check this by looking up the gas meter reading on the display of your smart meter. Compare it with the value shown on your gas meter.

Do you see a difference? Then reconnect the gas meter. On your energy provider’s website, you can often find instructions on how to do this.
