Attention!: Gas is not available in the Now screen of the app. If you don't see any gas meter readings, this could be the cause:
You gas meter has not sent enough data yet
On older gas meters, it can take up to 2 hours before you see the first gas graphs.
Your gas meter is not paired to the smart meter
Your smart gas meter is supposed to be paired to your smart meter, so that your grid operator can read your meter at a distance. It is possible that the technician that installed your gasmeter paired it incorrectly. You can check if you gas meter is paired by trying to find the gas meter readings on the display of the smart meter. Can't find gas meter readings on the display of the smart meter? Then, the pairing is setup incorrectly. Contact your grid operator.
