Changing your account
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your email adres. If you want to use a different email for logging in to your Energy app. Follow the steps below:
In the app while logged in with your previous account go to Settings > my home > users > add new user. Enter your new email adres to invite, and press Next
Go to settings Account > Log out
Alternative: if you want to delete your previous account you can do this here too.
Now log in with the new email adres that was just invited. In case your account is empty (no devices), make sure to switch to the right home by pressing the home name in the top left of the start screen.
Deleting your account
You can delete old or unused accounts via the website or the Energy app.
