I can't log into the app, what can I do?

If you can't log into the app you can try the following steps:

That’s unfortunate! You want to stay updated on your data. Don't worry, you can often resolve this quickly with the following steps:

Check your internet connection

Turn your Wi-Fi off and on again. Often, this is enough. If it doesn’t work, switch to mobile data or try a different network. Check if other apps or websites are working.

Restart or reinstall the app

Sometimes it helps to completely close the app and reopen it. If that doesn’t work, restart your smartphone or tablet, or remove the app and reinstall it. You won’t lose any data.

Reset your password

Forgot your password? Follow these steps:

  1. Tap on ‘I forgot my password’ under the login field.

  2. Follow the instructions in the email you receive.

  3. Try logging in again with your new password.

Update the app

An outdated app version can cause login issues. Go to the App Store or Google Play and check if there’s an update available. Install the latest version and try logging in again.

Try another device
