Can’t log in to the HomeWizard app? That’s frustrating, but usually easy to fix. Below are the most common causes and solutions.
1. Check if you’re using the correct email address.
Try another email address you may have used.
2. Request a new password.
Select “Forgot password?” on the login page.
You’ll receive a reset email.
No email? Check spam.
3. Received a login code instead?
Enter it within a few minutes.
Make sure no extra spaces were copied.
No code? Check spam/promotions.
4. Check your internet connection.
Test Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Try another network.
5. App not working properly?
Fully close and reopen the app.
Update the HomeWizard app.
Restart your phone.
6. “Too many attempts” message?
Wait a few minutes.
Set a new password.
7. Accidentally deleted your account?
Deleted accounts can’t be restored.
Devices can be reconnected.
