How do I check if I have the latest software on my HomeWizard product?

The software of your HomeWizard product is regularly updated to solve problems (bug fixes) and to keep your product safe (security updates). As a user you don't have to do anything for this since the updates are performed automatically.

Would you like to force the update of the new software or check which software version is on your product? Then follow the steps below.

Please note! Our software is rolled out to our users in parts. It is therefore possible that one user has a different version of the software than another user. If you want to use the latest software of our app, also follow the steps below to force update the app.

How to update to the latest software

Here’s how to manually update the new software of your HomeWizard product:

  1. In the app, go to settings > 'Meters'.

  2. Select the meter you want to update.

  3. Tap the three dots at the top right of the screen and choose 'Check for updates'.

Your HomeWizard product is now updated to the latest software version.
