⚠️ Connecting your SolaX inverter on an Android device is temporarily unavailable. We are working on a solution. Please do not delete your existing connection, as it still works in most cases.
Updated SolaX connection.
Since July 2026, the connection for SolaX inverters has been updated. You can already use it on your iPhone or iPad. The connection for Android will be available soon.
Good to know: your historical data remains saved via the previous connection. At this moment, you cannot delete this yourself. We are working on a way to migrate this data to the new connection.
Requirements and functionality.
For this connection, you need Energy+, a SolaX inverter with an internet connection, and a SolaXCloud account.
With this connection, you can see the production of your solar panels every 15 minutes in the HomeWizard app. Want to view your production live? Then connect a HomeWizard kWh Meter to your inverter.
Do you have multiple SolaX inverters?
During setup, you select which locations (SolaX refers to these as 'power stations') you want to add in the SolaX environment. Just make sure all your locations are in the same SolaXCloud account.
Next, you can choose which inverters to connect within these location(s) in the HomeWizard app. You will then see a separate graph for each inverter, plus a graph showing the total production.
Data is read from the moment you connect. Historical data is not available.
API connections depend on external factors. Think of changes, stability, speed, and accuracy of third-party devices and services. HomeWizard cannot be held responsible in any way for the availability and correct functioning of third-party APIs.
How to connect your SolaX inverter.
In the HomeWizard app, go to Settings > Devices > Add device > SolaX.
Tap Login with SolaX.
You will be redirected to the SolaXCloud portal. Log in here with your SolaXCloud account.
Make sure the box next to 'Telemetry monitoring' is checked and tap Authorize. The connection will not work without this permission.
Select the location(s) you want to connect and tap Authorize.
You will return to the HomeWizard app. Now, select the inverter(s) you want to connect and tap Next.
Your SolaX inverters are now connected. Tap Go to overview.
Once connected, your production is retrieved every 15 minutes, so it may take up to fifteen minutes before you see your first data.
You now have access to the production graph showing the production of your solar panels, the self-sufficiency graph which shows you exactly how much of your production you consume directly in your home, and the power consumption graph, showing the total power consumption of all appliances in your home, even when you export to the grid.
Troubleshooting.
No data
Does your production graph still show 'no data' 15 minutes after connecting? Then you may not have granted permission for 'Telemetry monitoring' during setup. Reconnect your inverter to grant this permission.
