How to connect my Solax inverter?

The connection with Solax inverters has been updated since 17 September 2025. Did you already have a Solax connection before this date? If so, please add your inverter again in the app. This will ensure that everything is updated correctly.

Good to know: your old data will remain stored via the previous connection. You cannot delete this yourself at this time. New data will be automatically linked via the new connection.

To add your Solax solar inverter to the HomeWizard App, you need your Solax Registration number and token ID.

Requirements and functionality.

  • For this functionality Energy+ and a Solax inverter with an internet connection are required;

  • This connection works per inverter. Do you have multiple inverters? Then you need to add the connection multiple times to the HomeWizard app.

  • API connections are subject to external factors, such as changes, stability, speed and accuracy of third-party devices and services. The user agrees to understand that HomeWizard can in no way be held responsible for the availability and correct functioning of third-party API’s.

Connecting your inverter.

Go to Settings > Devices > Add device > Solax and enter your Registration number and token ID. The app will now connect to the inverter.

Where can I find my Registration number?

In the Solax app.

  1. In the app, on the main screen, tap ‘Device’ at the bottom;

  2. Here you will see your inverter with the Registration number displayed underneath.

In the web version.

  1. On the main screen, go to ‘Devices’ in the left sidebar;

  2. In the ‘Devices list’, you will find the Registration number.

Where can I find my token ID?

In the Solax app.

  1. In the app, on the main screen, tap ‘Service’ at the bottom. On this page, select ‘Third-party ecosystem’;

  2. Choose ‘SolaxCloud API’;

  3. Copy the token ID from the app.

In the web version.

  1. On the main screen, go to ‘Service’ in the left sidebar;

  2. Click on ‘Third-party ecosystem’;

  3. Here you can copy your token ID.

If you do not see a token ID here, you still need to request one. Select ‘Get’. After that, you can return to step 3, where you can copy your token ID.

Troubleshooting.

If your graph shows incomplete or no data, make sure that your inverters are in the same installation. You can check this by going to the Solax app.
