How do I manage my account, users, and homes in the HomeWizard app?

In the HomeWizard app, you can easily manage your account, invite additional users, and add multiple homes. Below you’ll find how it works and what you can do in different situations.

Edit or delete your account

How do I use a different email address?

It’s not possible to change your email address. Want to log in with a different email? Invite yourself as a new user:

  1. Open the HomeWizard app while logged in to your old account.

  2. Go to Settings > My Home > Users > Add user.

  3. Invite your new email address.

  4. Go to Settings > Account > Log out and log in with the new email address.

Don’t see any devices? Tap the home name in the top left and select your home.

Delete your account

You can delete an old or unused account via:

Log in > My account > Account details > Delete account

How do I add extra users?

Want to give someone in your household access to your HomeWizard devices?

  1. Open the HomeWizard app.

  2. Go to Settings > My Home > Users.

  3. Tap Add user.

  4. Enter the email address and send the invitation.

New users

They’ll receive an email with a password and can log in.

Existing users

They can log in with their own account and switch homes via the home name in the top left corner.

Note: If a user installs a device for the first time, the app automatically creates a new home.

How do I manage multiple homes in the app?

You can add multiple homes, such as an office or vacation home.

Add a home

  1. Open the HomeWizard app.

  2. Tap the current home name in the top left.

  3. Choose Add home.

Switch between homes in the same place.

Add users to a home

  1. Select the correct home first (top left).

  2. Go to Settings > My Home > Users.

  3. Add or remove users via the trash icon.

When is a home deleted?

A home is automatically deleted when:

  • no devices remain connected;

  • no users remain.

Remove devices via:
Settings > Devices > Options (•••) > Remove device

Remove users via:
Settings > My Home

Energy+ for multiple homes

Energy+ applies per home. If you have multiple homes in the HomeWizard app, each home requires its own Energy+ subscription.
