If you’re not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return them within 30 days from the delivery date. Within 14 days of receiving your returned items, HomeWizard will refund the complete order amount using the same payment method used for your purchase. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Whenever possible, use the original packaging when returning products. We cannot offer a refund or replacement for damaged or incomplete items.

It is not possible to return kWh Meters that have been used. MID-certified meters cannot be reset to factory settings.
