How do I return my devices?

If you are not satisfied with the products you've ordered, you may return them within 30 days from the day you have received them. Your entire order cost will be credited with the same payment method used for the order within 14 days after HomeWizard has received your returned items. Shipping costs to return the order shipping for items are to be paid by the customer.

The customer must (where possible) use the original packaging when returning the products. For damaged or incomplete products we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement product.

If you would like to return a product, please send it back to us including a printed and filled in return form.


  • Not applicable to kWh Meters that have have been used, because it is not possible to factory reset MID certified meters.

  • The 30 day money back guarantee is only applicable for consumers and not for businesses.

  • This is only applicable for orders that have been placed on the HomeWizard store. Have you bought your HomeWizard devices at a different store? Please check their return policies for more information.
