Have you returned one or more products? We'll refund the full purchase amount once we've received them in full and in their original packaging. This usually happens within 14 days of receipt.
If the returned products are damaged or incomplete, HomeWizard may refuse or reduce the refund. We'll inform you by email if this is the case. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your order, unless otherwise agreed.
