Go to Settings > Add new meter > 'Your device' > Begin setup

Ensure that your device is in pairing mode


  • Wi-Fi P1 meter: Press button until the status light blinks blue

  • Wi-Fi Energy Socket: Press button until the status light blinks blue

  • Wi-Fi kWh meter: Press the Wi-Fi button until the display shows 'AP' blinking

Wi-Fi setup


iOS 13+ /Android 10+: You will automatically be prompted to connect to the 'meterSetup' network. Confirm and continue to Select your Wi-Fi below.

Android 9 or lower:
1. Go to the Wi-Fi settings on your phone and connect to the Wi-Fi network: P1meterSetup
2. Enter the password: SetupPass
3. Go back to the Energy app after succesfully connecting to the network. You might see ''No internet connection available''. This can be ignored, as you have now connected your phone to the Wi-Fi network of the device, which currently has no internet.

Select your Wi-Fi


Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter your Wi-Fi password. Press continue. The device will now connect to your Wi-Fi network.
