My Wi-Fi network is not in the list of selectable options

Is your Wi-Fi network not showing up in the app? Here are some possible causes and solutions:

  1. No password or outdated security
    The Water Meter only works with secured networks (WPA2 or WPA3). If needed, adjust your router settings.

  2. No 2.4 GHz network
    5 GHz is not supported. Check if your router is broadcasting a 2.4 GHz network.

  3. Hidden network
    Are you using a hidden network? Scroll down the list and select ‘Connect manually’ to enter your network name and password.
