The message ‘No Data’ means that no data has been received from your HomeWizard device. In most cases, the device was temporarily offline. If the message remains visible for a longer period, your device is likely not connected to Wi-Fi. You can read this article to learn how to resolve Wi-Fi connection issues.
If you’ve linked your inverter (part of Energy+), you’ll also see a solar production graph. Does it show ‘No Data’? That means we cannot retrieve data from your inverter brand’s server. Check your settings or contact the manufacturer or supplier.
