Manually update your P1 Meter
Try updating it manually via the app:
Open the HomeWizard Energy app.
Go to Settings > Meters.
Select the P1 Meter.
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and choose Update.
If this doesn't work, try the solutions below.
Solutions
Use a USB adapter.
If you haven’t already, plug your P1 Meter into a USB adapter and try updating again.
Check your Wifi signal strength.
A weak WiFi signal can interfere with the update. Try the following:
Move the P1 Meter closer to your WiFi access point.
Plug the P1 Meter into a USB adapter for a more stable connection.
Try updating again.
Restart your router.
Unplug your router from the power outlet.
Wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
Wait for the router to restart fully, then try updating again.
Connect to a different WiFi network.
Your router may be blocking the update. Try using a different Wifi network:
Connect the P1 Meter to another WiFi network and try updating again.
If you have a mobile hotspot, create one on your phone, tablet, or laptop and connect the P1 Meter to it.
Preferably use mobile data instead of your home network.
Reconnect to the same network.
Disconnect the P1 Meter from your WiFi network and reconnect. This may force the update to start.
