Manually update your kWh Meter
Try updating it manually via the app:
Open the HomeWizard Energy app.
Go to Settings > Meters.
Select the kWh Meter.
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and choose Update.
If this doesn't work, try the solutions below.
Solutions
Restart your router.
Unplug your router from the power outlet.
Wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
Wait for the router to restart fully, then try updating again.
Connect to a different WiFi network.
Sometimes your router can block the update. If the update doesn’t work, try connecting the kWh Meter to a different Wi-Fi network. During this time, it won’t be able to connect to your kWh Meter. Once both devices are back on the same network, they’ll automatically reconnect.Connect the kWh Meter to another Wi-Fi network and try the update again.
Do you have a mobile hotspot? You can create one using your phone, tablet, or laptop and connect the kWh Meter to it.
We recommend using mobile data rather than your home network.
Improve your signal strength with an extra access point.
Is your Wi-Fi signal not reaching far enough? An extra access point can help boost your network coverage.
