You can activate Energy+ in your app at Settings > Energy+
Follow these steps to help you activate Energy+ if you are having issues.
Energy+ can be paid with your Google or Apple account configured payment method. Be aware that the payment method has to support automatic collection billing. Some payment methods like iDeal, do not support this. If you don't have acces to a suitable payment method for Energy+ contact us for alternate payment methods.
Conflicting Subscription Error
If you have tried to activate Energy+ but did not complete the registration you will see this error if you want to activate Energy+ again. The previous pending subscription has to be cancelled by Google or Apple. It can take up to 24 hours to be able to subscribe again.
Energy+ not available in the Store Error
If your error mentions that Energy+ is not available in your store it means that you have a invalid or no payment method paired to your account that support automatic collection.
I can't activate a second Energy+
Apple and Google only allow one subscription per app for each Apple or Google account. You can use another account to activate a second Energy+ such as from another family member. If you need to activate Energy+ for multiple homes contact us for alternate payment methods.
