The Energy app only supports the Apple Watch with watchOS 7.1 and above.
Why doesn't the Energy app support Android smartwatches?
We would like to develop this functionality in the future. However, the focus is not on this currently.
How does the Energy app work on the Apple Watch?
Please note that the Energy app is only supported on the Apple Watch with watchOS 7.1 and above.
The Watch app communicates with your iPhone to retrieve your account and home data. So make sure you install the iPhone app first before using the Watch app.
When you first start the Watch app, you won't see any graphs yet but a screen with a big + button. By tapping that button, you can choose a graph and time period. The list of graphs shows the house that is currently the 'active' house in the iPhone app.
Save your settings by tapping the icon at the bottom right. Your chart is now created. Long press and hold the existing graph to change the settings or delete the graph. Swipe the chart(s) to the left to get back to the large + button to create a new or additional chart.
Note that the value is updated every 5 seconds for the 'now' period.
Does the Energy app support Watch faces?
Please note that the Energy app is only supported on the Apple Watch with watchOS 7.1 and above.
Depending on your set Watch face, various faces are supported for your main connection (power and gas).
Some examples:
To set a face, proceed as follows:
Press and hold the screen until you enter 'edit mode'.
Select 'Faces'.
Tap on the face you want to change.
Choose the Energy app (you may need to tap the arrow in the top left of the screen first).
Select the desired face (availability depends on the type of face you are modifying).
