I can't activate Energy+ in the app, what can I do?

If you cant enable Energy+ via the app, you can use the Energy+ website subscription (yearly) instead.

Payment methods


Energy+ can be paid in the app with the payment method that is configured in your Google or Apple account. Be aware that the payment method has to support automatic billing. Payments such as iDeal or Bankcontact are not supported by Apple or Google. You can use these payment methods via the Energy+ website instead.

Conflicting Subscription Error


If you have tried to activate Energy+ but did not complete the registration you will see this error if you want to activate Energy+ again. The previous pending subscription has to be cancelled by Google or Apple. It can take up to 24 hours for you to be able to subscribe again.

Energy+ not available in the Store Error


If your error mentions that Energy+ is not available in your store it means that you have an invalid or no payment method paired to your account.

I can't activate a second Energy+


Apple and Google only allow one subscription per app for each Apple or Google account. You can use another account to activate a second Energy+ such as from another family member. If you need to activate Energy+ for multiple homes you can use the Energy+ website subscription (yearly) instead.
