If you cant enable Energy+ via the app, you can use the Energy+ website subscription (yearly) instead.

Payment methods

Energy+ can be paid with your Google or Apple account configured payment method in the app. Be aware that the payment method has to support automatic collection billing, payments such as iDeal or Bankcontact are not supported by Apple or Google. You can use these payment methods via the Energy+ website subscription (yearly).

Conflicting Subscription Error

If you have tried to activate Energy+ but did not complete the registration you will see this error if you want to activate Energy+ again. The previous pending subscription has to be cancelled by Google or Apple. It can take up to 24 hours to be able to subscribe again.

Energy+ not available in the Store Error

If your error mentions that Energy+ is not available in your store it means that you have a invalid or no payment method paired to your account that support automatic collection.

I can't activate a second Energy+

Apple and Google only allow one subscription per app for each Apple or Google account. You can use another account to activate a second Energy+ such as from another family member. If you need to activate Energy+ for multiple homes can also use the Energy+ website subscription (yearly) instead.
