Sometimes you may see the message “Not available in the Now view” displayed on a graph in the HomeWizard app. This simply means that the current data is not being shown in the Now view at that moment. Not all measurements are updated or displayed in real time in this view.
Which graphs are not shown in the Now view?
Gas consumption
Smart gas meters do not provide real-time readings. Instead, the data is sent in periodic updates.
Standby consumption (phantom load)
This type of consumption is calculated over a longer period of time, which means there is no direct real-time value available for the Now view.
Solar inverter connection (in some cases)
Solar inverter data is usually updated every 15 minutes rather than live. When using the HomeWizard kWh Meter, solar energy data can be displayed in real time.
Why is the graph still shown in the list?
The graph remains visible in your overview, even when it shows “Not available in the Now view", to keep the order and position of your graphs consistent. This is especially helpful when switching between different time periods.
What can I do?
The message only indicates that the data is not available in real time. There is nothing you need to do.
However, if you suspect that something may be wrong with the measurement or the connection, you can:
check whether everything is properly connected and online;
see if values are shown in the History graphs;
contact our support team if you are unsure.
