Updated SolarEdge integration.
As of October 2026, the integration with SolarEdge inverters has been updated. Were you already using a SolarEdge integration before this date? Add your inverter again in the HomeWizard app to make sure your data continues to update correctly.
Good to know: You can transfer your historical data to the new integration. When adding your inverter, you'll be given the option to transfer your historical data to the new graph.
Requirements and features.
To use this integration, you need Energy+, a SolarEdge inverter with an internet connection, and a mySolarEdge account. This must be the primary account for the site(s) you want to connect.
With this integration, you can view your solar panel production every 15 minutes in the HomeWizard app. Want to monitor your production in real time? Connect a HomeWizard kWh Meter to your inverter.
Do you have multiple SolarEdge inverters?
During setup, select the sites you want to add in the SolarEdge portal. All your sites must be linked to the same mySolarEdge account.
Next, select the inverters you want to connect from these sites in the HomeWizard app. You'll see a separate graph for each inverter, plus a graph showing your total production.
Data is automatically retrieved from the moment you connect your inverter. Want to keep your historical data too? You can easily transfer it during setup, so all your data appears in the same graph. Follow the steps in the app.

API integrations depend on external factors, including changes, stability, speed, and accuracy of third-party devices and services. HomeWizard cannot be held responsible for the availability or proper functioning of third-party APIs.
How to connect your SolarEdge inverter.
In the HomeWizard app, go to Settings > Devices > Add device > SolarEdge.
Tap Log in with SolarEdge.
You'll be redirected to the SolarEdge portal. Sign in with your mySolarEdge account.
Select the site(s) you want to connect and tap Agree.
You'll return to the HomeWizard app. Select the inverter(s) you want to connect and tap Continue.
During this step, you can choose whether to keep or delete your historical data.
Your SolarEdge inverter is now connected. Tap Go to overview.
Once connected, your solar production data is retrieved every 15 minutes. It may therefore take up to 15 minutes before you see your first data.
You now have access to the production graph showing how much electricity your solar panels generate, the self-sufficiency graph, which shows exactly how much of your solar production you use directly in your home, and the electricity consumption graph, which shows the total electricity consumption of all devices in your home, even when you're exporting electricity to the grid.
Troubleshooting.
Can't see all your inverters in your account?
Do you have multiple SolarEdge inverters? Check whether they're linked to the same site under the same mySolarEdge account.
Can't log in?
Check that you're using an owner account. You can't connect SolarEdge to HomeWizard with an installer account. Are you an installer? Invite an owner account using a different email address. You can then log in with this account and set up the connection.
