Can I buy or sell my Plug-In Battery second-hand?

Yes, you can buy or sell a second-hand Plug-In Battery, provided you have an official HomeWizard invoice. This invoice is important because it serves as proof of purchase. Without an invoice, we cannot offer any warranty, software updates, or technical support. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of an invoice, please contact our customer service department.

Check the invoice and transport.

We sell the Plug-In Battery exclusively through our own website. If you buy a second-hand Plug-In Battery via other sales platforms, pick it up yourself. This way, you can see that the device is working, check the original HomeWizard invoice, and know how your home battery was transported. We do this ourselves with special ADR transport and not as a ‘normal’ parcel via PostNL or DHL.

Warranty and Swap Service.

Please note: the operation and warranty are linked to the purchase and terms and conditions of HomeWizard. We also offer a Swap Service for the Plug-In Battery: if the battery becomes defective, it will be exchanged for a working one. This is free of charge within the manufacturer's warranty (2 years); after that, a fee will be charged per incident. Would you like to know more about the Swap Service?
